No, Financial Aid is not available for the certificate program. However, tuition reimbursement and assistance may be offered through your employer. Program Overview

The Certificate in Biomedical Forensic Sciences online program gives students an in-depth look into how to analyze physical evidence, prepare reports for law enforcement officials, serve as expert witnesses in conviction hearings and operate a countless number of necessary tools in order to become qualified forensic scientists in the field and laboratory.

Length of Program

Classes are offered 100 percent online, and students must complete the eight forensic course modules and an internship. Students can enroll into the program at the start of each module. Most students will finish the online certification program in approximately 12 months. Graduates of the web based course will have earned 48 Continuing Education Units.

Requirements

An individual may subscribe to any part of the certificate program. Such subscriber is either a professional seeking continuing education or one who has a particular interest in taking a course.
